Our friendly office has a long and strong reputation for high quality, well -supported appraisal reports. You are an experienced appraiser looking for a long-term base in which to thrive. Our clients are in the public and private sectors, including local and national banks, law firms, courts, accountants, and government agencies. We offer competitive fees and the option to work remotely or in our Dyker Heights office.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing valuation reports in different formats for various purposes
• Performing macro and micro economic and market research for narrative appraisal reports
• Valuation of unique and varied properties in residential and commercial real estate within the five boroughs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Residential or commercial real estate valuation experience; Certified Residential or Certified General license a plus. Will consider a motivated trainee with an assistant license
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based environment
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
